A big issues during winter is dry skin. It doesn’t feel good and if you are not careful you are conjuring up wrinkles. Not to worry though, there’s plenty of easy, cheap and simple remedies to fight dry skin and get it glowing again.

- Take a bath more often to re-hydrate your skin. Maybe add a bit of Baby oil to the bathwater.
- Lubricate, lubricate, lubricate. In order for your skin to look beautiful and healthy it needs moisture. There’s plenty of good moisturizers available but if you want to opt for a natural option: Coconut oil is one of the healthiest things you could possibly put on your skin.
- Integrate Omega-3 and Omega-6 oils into your diet.
- Go out. Fresh air and sunshine is miracle remedy for dry skin. But be sure to put on sufficient sunscreen.
