We all know that being overweight isn’t good for your health right? Well now we may have to alter our eating habits again… because according to this â€œoverweight people have a lower death rate because they are much less likely to die from a grab bag of diseases that includes Alzheimerâ€™s and Parkinsonâ€™s, infections and lung disease. And that lower risk is not counteracted by increased risks of dying from any other disease, including cancer, diabetes or heart disease.â€
So your best bet is probably not being underweight nor overweight I guess. Ah what the hell, eat healthy, exercise and your body will adjust!
