I’m sure almost anyone who browses the Internet on a regular basis, would have downloaded music or files via a file-sharing application.
LimeWire, BitComet ect… they are still one of the most downloaded programs on download.com, which doesn’t surprise me at all.
File-sharing has been around a long time before most people even knew what the Internet was. It’s hardly unlikely that file-sharing will come to an end anytime soon.
Especially now that European politicians have voted down calls to throw suspected file-sharers off the net.
There have also been some ridiculous requests made towards ISP’s about banning users who engage in file-sharing.
