Overcoming Laziness

I don’t like feeling lazy but just like everyone else, I can’t help it sometimes. There’s days when I don’t feel like doing anything. I consider those days a waste. I hate em’.

In order to over laziness you’ve got to have at least a little self-discipline. A few things I think help really well are:

1. Going outside. After a few mins out in the fresh air I usually feel so much better.

2. Talking a walk.

3. Exercise

4. Cleaning

So basically any physical activity can do the trick. That doesn’t include eating. Well except chocolate maybe…
