Stuff that mattered today and or has made headlines:

  • Seriously. Someone should have done exactly the same to this guy – Paul Postgate from Teesside has been give a five-year Asbo for a string of offences, including throwing dogs into the path of cars.
  • Maybe it just wanted to join the competition…A kangaroo narrowly missed cars trying to qualify for one of Australia’s premier motor races but it was unharmed. Lucky thing.
  • Now Vodka apparently saves lives…Australian doctors in Queensland have saved an Italian tourist after an attempted suicide, by feeding him Vodka through a drip for 3 days.
  • South African wire art: Artists in South Africa were invited to create monumental works of wire for a project called This Is My Cape Town.
