Avocados are delicious. I love them in sandwiches and could probably eat them everyday. Avocados are rich in amino acid proteins, Vitamins A, D and E and potassium. So that’s pretty good and healthy stuff. It’s also known to be the most moisturizing of any fruit oil, particularly good for dehydrated skin but generally suitable for most skin types.
Avocado oil is easy to extract and comes from the flesh of the yummy fruit. The only downside is it’s actually a quite expensive natural oil so it’s often blended with other fruit or nut oils. Anyway, great for the skin.
